We support raw materials produced by small farmers from all over Thailand. Wheat from the Northeastern region is used to make noodles. Vegetables, herbs and coconut sugar are from the Central region. Spices are from the Northern part of Thailand. Seasonings are selected directly from the sea in the Eastern region. Finally, coconut milk is from coconut farms in the Southern part of Thailand.
